Why do I need a wedding planner?

Your wedding is probably the largest and most elegant party you will host in your life and there are no "do-overs" for the event. Simply Eventful takes pride in exceeding expectations for vendors, time management, stress relief and guests not "working" your wedding. You hire a professional in other areas of your life and a wedding should be the same. We are the certified expert for managing the details of your wedding.


Is there a difference in a planner and a venue coordinator?

Yes! A venue coordinator is responsible for tables, chairs, lighting, and things venue related. A planner will actually walk with you through each step of the planning process. Simply Eventful will coordinate with all vendors, including the venue. This allows each vendor to focus on their best work on your day without worry. Simply Eventful will handle payment schedules and details from florists to family so your day can be stress free.


Do you offer day of coordination?

This service is referred to as month of event management. We want to be clear and confident of your vision and vendor team. We know communication is critical and we require at least a month to assist with last minute details.
There are very limited event management packages and they do not include the use of our linens or decor, so if you are certain this is for you, book quickly.


Do you work with clients not living in your area?

Absolutely! Thankfully technology allows us to work around this issue as well as schedules. We are flexible in meeting your needs.


What is your pricing?

Pricing varies on time of year, location, number of guests, venue requirements, and services we provide.

Hiring a planner is a huge decision. You want that person to be someone who “gets” your vision, understands that not all budgets are unlimited, and someone you TRUST. We are that person. Planning and organizing wedding is our passion. We will laugh together, cry together, be excited together and celebrate the best day together.
